The shared inbox built for carriers

Mailex sits on top of your fleet’s Gmail. Your dispatchers triage, assign, and answer broker email together, with loads, rate cons, detention clocks, and documents right next to every conversation.

Your whole team, one queue

Broker email is still how loads get booked, checked, and paid. Mailex makes it a system instead of a pile.

Triage together
Assign owners, leave internal notes next to the email, see who’s viewing, typing, and who read what. Share a single thread with a guest or another org when you need to. Nothing else leaks.
Logistics context built in
Every conversation carries its load, lane, broker, and documents. Broker pay history on hover, detention clocks that actually tick.
AI that works the queue
Thread summaries, suggested drafts in your voice, auto-extraction of load data, and chasers that hunt down missing rate cons and detention approvals while you sleep.

Your mail never leaves Google

Mailex reads and writes through the Gmail API under Google-verified OAuth. We store metadata and workflow state (assignments, notes, statuses), not a copy of your mailbox. Disconnect anytime; your email is exactly where it always was.

Dispatch floors run on Mailex

"Unassigned went from a 40-email pile every morning to zero. Round-robin just hands work out and I can finally see who’s underwater."

"The fraud flag caught a lookalike broker domain in week two. That one catch paid for the year. Double brokering is brutal right now."

"POD chasers alone cut our invoice lag by four days. The AI drafts sound like us: short, direct, no fluff."

Why not just use…

…plain Gmail?

A shared login means no owners, no notes, and everyone marking things read for everyone else. Mailex keeps Gmail underneath and adds accountability on top.

…Front or Missive?

Great generic inboxes, but zero freight context. No loads, rate cons, detention clocks, broker scorecards, or lookalike-domain fraud flags. You’d rebuild all of it with tags.

…a TMS inbox?

TMS email modules are where replies go to die. Dispatchers live in email; Mailex meets them there and links every thread back to the load.

Questions carrier dispatchers ask

Do we have to stop using Gmail?
No. That’s the point. Gmail keeps receiving and sending everything. Mailex is the workspace on top: replies you send from Mailex go out through your Gmail, threads you archive sync both ways. Anyone who ignores Mailex still sees normal email.
What happens to our old email history?
Mailex indexes your existing labels on connect, so day one starts with full history: searchable, assignable, linked to your brokers by domain.
Can brokers and shippers tell we use it?
No. Replies come from your normal dispatch address with your signature. Internal notes, assignments, and AI summaries never leave your team.
What if we leave?
Disconnect OAuth and you’re done. Your mail was in Gmail the whole time. Notes and activity export as CSV.
"We ran dispatch out of a shared Gmail login for six years. Mailex gave us owners, SLAs, and a detention clock. Same inbox, none of the chaos."
