Changelog: detention clocks, send & close, and team @mentions
Everything we shipped in June, including the most-requested feature of the year.
A short month, a dense changelog. Here is what landed in June.
Detention clocks
The one you asked for most. Threads with a waiting driver now carry a live timer that shows right in the conversation list, where a lead can spot who has been sitting the longest without opening anything. Start it when the driver checks in and it ticks in the queue.
Send & close
Reply and resolve in a single action, with auto-advance to the next thread in the queue. The keyboard path is now one keystroke instead of three. Reopen stays automatic when the broker writes back.
Team @mentions
You could always @mention a person on an internal note. Now you can @mention a team. Tag @accounting on a POD question and everyone on that team sees it in their notifications, no need to know which individual is on shift.
Smaller things
- Snooze presets are now per-inbox, so a claims queue can default to different windows than dispatch.
- The load context panel remembers whether you left it collapsed.
- Faster search on threads older than a year.
- Fixed a bug where a double-reply warning could miss a cross-inbox Cc.
As always, reply to any thread with the team or drop it in the product to tell us what to build next. The detention clocks shipped because enough of you kept asking.
